Job Description

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.

Salesforce Configuration & Optimization

  • Configure Salesforce features including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows.
  • Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products as applicable.
  • Assist with reports, dashboards, and data management processes.
  • Support data migration and system integrations.

Project Delivery & Support

  • Collaborate with developers and administrators on system enhancements.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure quality assurance.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.

Governance & Best Practices

  • Maintain documentation of system architecture and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and company policies.
  • Support release management and change control processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (reports, dashboards, flows, page layouts).
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support).
  • Experience writing user stories and managing requirements in Agile environments.
