Salesforce Architect

• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms
• Lead Salesforce architecture decisions, integrations, and best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and admins
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability of Salesforce implementations
• Support ongoing enhancements, integrations, and enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives
• Participate in architecture reviews and solution planning sessions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture background
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect in large enterprise environments
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and integrations (APIs, middleware)
• Experience working in hybrid/on-site enterprise environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Architect, Integration Architect, Platform Architect, etc.)
• Prior experience working with large telecom or enterprise clients
• Experience leading multi-developer Salesforce teams
