Client: Infosys / Toyota Finance

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
Own the overall Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and Platform capabilities
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, reusable Salesforce solutions
Define data models, integration patterns, security models, and deployment strategies
Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, etc.)
Technical Leadership
Act as the technical authority for Salesforce across programs and projects
Review and govern solution designs, code quality, and architectural decisions
Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns
Mentor developers, leads, and admins
Development & Customization
Hands-on expertise in:
Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Async)
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Aura (legacy support)
Visualforce (where applicable)
Optimize performance, governor limits, and transaction control
Design robust error handling, logging, and monitoring frameworks
Integration & Data
Architect and oversee integrations using:
REST / SOAP APIs
Platform Events
Salesforce Connect
Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.)
Define integration patterns (sync/async, event-driven, near real-time)
Lead data migration strategies (ETL tools, Data Loader, custom scripts)
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance
Security & Compliance
Design and implement Salesforce security architecture:
Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Shield
Role hierarchy and access control
Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulations
Handle identity and access management (SSO, OAuth, JWT)
DevOps & Release Management
Define CI/CD strategy using tools like:
Git, Salesforce DX
Copado / Gearset / Jenkins / Azure DevOps
Manage environments, deployments, and release cycles
Support Agile / SAFe delivery models
Stakeholder & Program Leadership
Partner with business leaders, product owners, and enterprise architects
Participate in roadmap planning and platform evolution
Support estimations, risk management, and technical decision-making
Communicate architecture decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead role
Strong hands-on experience with:
Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce APIs
Salesforce data modeling and security
Experience delivering large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance tuning
Salesforce Clouds (any combination)
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience Cloud
CPQ
Field Service Lightning
Marketing Cloud (good to have)
Certifications (Highly Preferred)
