Salesforce Application Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Application Architect with 12+ years of IT experience to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep architectural expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to act as a technical authority and SME across Salesforce implementations, integrations, and governance.

Key Responsibilities –

• Act as Application Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce platform
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds
• Define enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
• Lead complex Salesforce transformation and modernization programs
• Drive architecture decisions related to scalability, security, performance, and data governance
• Review and approve technical designs, code, and release plans
• Design and govern integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and event-based architectures
• Partner with business, product, and enterprise architecture teams
• Mentor architects, developers, and technical leads
• Support multi-org, large-data-volume, and high-availability architectures
• Manage architectural risks and ensure compliance with enterprise standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce (Expert Level)
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and limits
• Strong hands-on experience with:- Sales Cloud - Service Cloud - Experience Cloud
• Deep understanding of security model, data sharing, role hierarchy, and compliance
