Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Analyst to partner closely with business teams and serve as a functional expert across channel sales, end-user sales, merchandising, and retail (digital & physical) processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong hands-on Salesforce expertise, particularly in Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and will act as a trusted advisor driving scalable, customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business workshops and facilitate roadmap development aligned with evolving business strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor by identifying root causes, asking probing questions, and challenging requirements when necessary.
- Analyze current-state processes and recommend innovation using Agile, Design Thinking, and industry best practices.
- Design scalable, flexible, and maintainable Salesforce solutions (configuration vs. customization vs. integrations).
- Manage end-to-end SDLC lifecycle: scoping, requirements gathering, use cases, design, UAT, and implementation.
- Configure Salesforce platform features including:
- User management, profiles, permission sets
- Role hierarchy, sharing rules, territories
- Custom objects/fields, validation rules
- Workflows, Process Builder, Flows
- Lightning pages, managed packages
- Design and implement dashboards and reports (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM preferred).
- Lead UAT efforts including script writing and user sign-offs.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, compliance, and application best practices.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in discussions with Salesforce on Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Einstein Analytics.

Technical Expertise
- 5+ years as Salesforce Business Analyst/Admin in enterprise-scale CRM/PRM projects.
- Deep knowledge of:
- Salesforce Experience Cloud (Required)
- Sales Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Strong implementation experience (config vs customization vs integration decisions).
- Experience with Salesforce data tools and large datasets.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- SDLC documentation (use cases, swim lanes, requirements, UAT, change management).
- Strong understanding of system security and controls.
- Experience with AppExchange ecosystem.
Domain Experience
- Consumer, Retail, Enterprise channel & end-customer sales.
- Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred.
Education
- BS in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Required)
- MBA (Preferred)
Certifications
