Retail Product Owner

• Drive enhancements for POS, eCommerce, mobile apps, or omnichannel platforms
• Ensure seamless integration between retail systems (POS, OMS, CRM, ERP)
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Support UAT and stakeholder sign-off processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel environments
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of retail systems (POS, Order Management, Inventory Management)
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
