Release Train Engineer

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams
• Partner with Product Management, System Architects, and Business Owners
• Escalate and resolve impediments at the program level
• Support release planning and delivery execution
• Foster collaboration across distributed and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of Agile experience (Scrum Master, Program Manager, or similar)
• 2+ years of experience in SAFe environments
• Experience facilitating large-scale PI Planning events
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe RTE Certification
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification
• Experience leading distributed/global teams
• Experience in large enterprise digital transformation programs
