🔹 Required Skills:
Core Experience
·        8–12+ years in IT with strong Release/DevOps experience
·        Experience managing enterprise-scale releases
·        Hands-on experience building & maintaining CI/CD pipelines
DevOps & CI/CD
·        Strong understanding of CI/CD principles
·        Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
·        Knowledge of branching strategies & artifact management
Cloud & Platforms
·        Experience in cloud or hybrid environments
·        Exposure to infrastructure automation is a plus
Release Governance & Agile
·        Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps & ITIL-aligned release practices
·        Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with frequent releases
