Hello Partners, We are looking for local resources in Redmond, WA with prior Microsoft experience and strong React expertise. Please note that several candidates are being rejected after L1 interviews due to not clearing the React coding assessment, so solid hands-on React skills are critical.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience using Fluent UI, Material UI, or similar UI component libraries.
• Proven track record in building accessible and responsive web interfaces.
• Solid understanding of Redux, context-based state management, or other structured patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and team-based software development practices.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and front-end testing frameworks.
• • Exposure to micro-frontend architecture or modular UI systems.
