We have an exciting opportunity for a QA Lead to support a Databricks/Python-based application. This is a lead-level role with strong focus on manual testing and QA strategy.

📍 Location: Charlotte, NC 
 💼 Position: Hybrid, Twice a week 

🔹 Key Skills Required
✔ Strong Manual Testing experience (Must Have)
 ✔ Experience in QA Strategy & Planning (Lead role)
 ✔ Hands-on with Databricks / Python / Snowflake
 ✔ Ability to build test cases and QA documentation
 ✔ Strong understanding of QA lifecycle
 ✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
