QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. The candidate will be responsible for testing applications, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform manual and automated testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements
• Ensure applications meet business and technical requirements
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Experience with manual and automation testing
• Knowledge of Selenium, TestNG, or similar tools (for automation)
• Basic SQL knowledge for database testing
• Experience with JIRA or other defect tracking tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
