Python Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AI / Machine Learning Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems and data-driven models. The ideal candidate will work on machine learning algorithms, data processing, and model deployment to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and train machine learning models
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and patterns
• Build and optimize ML pipelines
• Implement AI solutions using Python
• Deploy models into production environments
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy
• Work closely with data engineers, backend teams, and product managers
• Document models, experiments, and results

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch)
• Understanding of statistics, linear algebra, probability
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Familiarity with REST APIs and model integration

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
• Knowledge of LLMs, Transformers
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow)
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML development (adjustable)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Chatbots, Recommendation Systems
• Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases
• Agile/Scrum experience
