Note 1) : Need to come to office for F2F Round also once selected need to come to office 3 Days week

We’re looking for an experienced IT Operations Engineer to support and enhance enterprise infrastructure and datacentre operations. This role focuses on operational monitoring, incident support, reporting, and automation, using Python and Streamlit to improve visibility and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
·        Communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders. Ability to demonstrate metrics/dashboards to a larger audience
·        Support day-to-day IT and datacenter operations
·        Strong working knowledge in Python. Build Python/Streamlit dashboards for operational metrics and reporting
·        Assist with incident management, RCA, and post-incident analysis
·        Automate routine operational tasks and reports
·        Work closely with infrastructure, network, and operations teams
What We’re Looking For
·        5+ years of IT Operations / Infrastructure experience
·        Strong understanding of datacenter environments and monitoring
·        Hands-on Python experience (Streamlit preferred)
·        Excellent communication skills
·        Comfortable working onsite 3 days per week
·        Monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, ELK)
·        ITIL-based operations experience
·        SQL or reporting experience
