We’re looking for an experienced Proposal Writer to develop high-quality, compelling, and compliant proposals for US government and private-sector clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US staffing, RFP responses, and government contracts.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and manage end-to-end proposal responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
✅ Create clear, compelling, and compliant proposal content.
✅ Perform technical writing and ensure alignment with client requirements.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and meet deadlines.
✅ Manage timelines and ensure on-time submission of proposals.
🎯 Required Qualifications:
✔️ US staffing experience – Mandatory.
✔️ Strong expertise in Proposal Management, RFPs, and Proposal Writing.
✔️ Hands-on experience with SLED & Federal contracts.
✔️ Proficiency in technical writing and procurement processes.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔️ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Communications, or a related field.
