We are looking for

Role: Project Manager

Location: New Brunswick, NJ (2 days/week) – Locals only

Duration: Long Term

Visa: USC and H1Bs

This request covers a dedicated Project Manager who will be accountable for driving PMO governance, cross‑functional alignment, planning, testing coordination, cutover execution, and hypercare stabilization for the OSPREY portfolio.

 

Key responsibilities include:

Program Setup & Governance

• Establish cadence, governance, escalation paths, RACI, and change‑control board
• Maintain RAID logs, decision registers, status updates, and weekly/bi‑weekly SteerCo cycles

Integrated Planning & Scheduling

• Build wave‑based execution plans (small/medium/large apps)
• Map environments, hosting models, interfaces, and support models
• Align freeze windows, blackout periods, and separation success criteria

Infrastructure, Identity & Network Readiness

• Coordinate SSO, identity mapping, environment provisioning, and access plans

Execution & Testing

• Manage testing lifecycle: Unit → SIT → Regression → UAT → Performance
• Drive defect triage, test data, documentation, and evidence bundles

Cutover Planning

• Coordinate the separation of ~120 sites for
• Develop integrated cutover playbook with step‑by‑step execution
• Establish go/no‑go criteria, rollback paths, and data migration sequencing

Hypercare & Transition

• Lead 2–4 weeks of hypercare, bug tracking, operational handoffs, and final documentation

This role consolidates execution leadership across 22 applications and four functions, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
