Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure project goals align with business objectives.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules
• Manage team members and assign responsibilities
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion
• Identify and manage risks and issues
• Communicate project status to stakeholders
• Ensure quality standards are met

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, etc.)
• Risk management and problem-solving skills
• Budget and resource management

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• PMP / Scrum Master certification (preferred)
• 3+ years of project management experience
