Skills 
*Years of experience in the field or in a related area as a Senior Project Manager
*Experience in drafting complete project proposals, work break down (WBS), project cost estimates including scope, schedule, and budget(s).
*Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and SharePoint)
*Documents prepares and presents solution options, risk identification and analysis.
*Experience in documenting detailed descriptions of user needs, Program functions and steps required to implement changes.
*Awareness or knowledge of DFPS systems and programs.
*Knowledge of Texas Administrative Code, Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) EIR Accessibility Policy, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA related to federal and state accessibility requirements.
*Knowledge of industry best practices for accessibility services for digital content and Electronic Information Resources, such as brochures, flyers, webpages, documents, forms, and training materials.
*Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master.
