Job Description:
We are seeking a capable Mid‑Level Project Manager to support and manage IT and business process projects of moderate complexity. The ideal candidate will have experience with both Waterfall and Agile practices and a strong ability to coordinate tasks, track milestones, and support stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
Experience: 5 years of project management experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Certifications: CAPM or CSM preferred; PMP in progress is a plus.
Skills: Working knowledge of MS Project or similar tools; strong organizational, communication, and vendor‑coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, and work plans; support resource planning and baseline creation.
Execution & Monitoring: Manage day‑to‑day project activities, track progress, and escalate risks and issues as needed.
Stakeholder Support: Provide regular project updates, facilitate team meetings, and support communication with business stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify risks and assist in implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
Documentation: Maintain essential project artifacts (Risk Logs, Action Items, Status Reports) in alignment with PMO practices.
