Project Manager

Required working experience & education

• 3+ years’ experience with Agile as a Scrum Master (including scrum techniques and artifacts such as Scrum, Kanban, user stories, backlogs, Scrum/Kanban boards, sprint planning, retrospectives, burndown metrics, velocity).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge and experience of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project
• A proven track record of successfully implementing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Agile Certifications required (CSM, PSM, etc.)
• Experience working with project teams that contain Developers, IT Business Analysts, Architects, Quality Assurance, Business Product Owners, Project Sponsors, etc.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple extended teams

Additional information

• Preference is for Scrum Master to be local to Hartford CT and available to come into the office 2 days per week.
• PM can be US remote/able to work normal Eastern Standard
• Time hours with occasional travel to Hartford CT.
• The SOW would be time and materials and allow for a right to hire.
