Project Manager

• PMP certification
• Experience as a Project Manager leading large enterprise IT projects.
• Strong ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional (technical and business users) teams
• High proficiency using Microsoft Project and ServiceNow to create and update project schedules
• Analytical ability sufficient to understand user requirements and translate them into technical terms to develop quantitative status report
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders and the technology leadership team about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• UNC Pembroke is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to set up and configure project data and dashboards in our ServiceNow PM module.

The primary focus of this position is to set up projects in our ServiceNow project management module. In addition, the IT Project Manager applies skills as a seasoned, experienced technical project management professional with a full understanding of project management frameworks and methods, relevant policies, and procedures to resolve a wide range of issues. Demonstrates competency in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions. Manages projects of diverse scope, size, impact, budget and / or project team size.

Description (including, but not limited to):

1. Responsible for creating and tracking the IT Project Portfolio of IT project in ServiceNow.

2. Responsibility for the successful completion of end to end project work, including all work products

3. Oversight of projects comprised of multiple deliverables, including delegation and coordination of tasks

Expected Skills: Able to manage medium complexity work efforts; may have industry experience.
