Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects successfully within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain documentation and project reports.
• Implement Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as required.
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and execution.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Risk management and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
