Project Manager

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business, and external vendors.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate meetings, sprint planning sessions, and status reviews.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track and manage project issues to resolution.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Ensure adherence to PMO processes and methodologies.

Continuous Improvement

• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance project delivery.
• Contribute to PMO best practices and standards development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience managing projects in a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience using project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe).
• Experience managing IT, software development, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Competitive base salary range: $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience and location)
