Project Manager
Job Description
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation and escalation plans
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, define sprint goals, and manage release milestones
• Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and executive-level reporting
• Apply classical, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies based on project needs
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and resource utilization (nice to have)
