Product Owner

• Provide clarifications to development teams during sprints.
• Review completed work to ensure it meets acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate releases and support go-to-market activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Gather feedback from customers and internal users.
• Present product updates and performance metrics to leadership.

Data & Performance Monitoring

• Define KPIs and measure product performance.
• Use analytics and customer insights to guide continuous improvement.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using product metrics and KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, or related industries.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
