📝 Job Description
The Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Product Owner I is responsible for ensuring that the development team (pod) delivers customer-focused product increments that create value for the organization.
Collaborate with other Product Owners and senior management to align with the product vision.
Create, manage, and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
Identify and remove delivery blockers while continuously incorporating customer feedback.
Focus on maximizing business value and continuously improving product and delivery processes.
Promote a positive work environment and ensure adherence to Agile principles such as transparency, collaboration, and engagement.
