Job Description
Job Overview: This Fortune 500 Utilities Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst for the role of a Product Owner – AI Use Cases to help lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI-driven solutions across the CES and related organizations. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of project management experience in business analysis, product ownership, or related fields, with strong expertise in AI concepts and machine learning workflows. The Product Owner will assist in defining and communicating the AI roadmap, manage and prioritize the product backlog, and collaborate with business stakeholders, development team, and stakeholders to identify and implement high-value AI opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translating business needs into actionable requirements.
- Evaluating use cases for ROI and feasibility.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of AI features.
- Assist in AI governance and process refinement: BRD development, requirements follow-up, etc.
- Closely follow a framework for AI intake and seamless handoff to development teams.
- Creation of AI use case playbook and executive-style presentation decks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up with stakeholders promptly.
