Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive digital product initiatives by identifying user needs, improving customer experience, and aligning business goals with technical solutions. This role will act as a key bridge between users, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-impact digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify user needs and business requirements, and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience across digital sales channels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between users, engineering, development, UX teams, and other stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear and structured functional and technical requirements.
- Review intake requests and collaborate with engagement teams to perform impact analysis with impacted stakeholders.
- Develop and present a product roadmap with prioritized initiatives based on business value and customer impact.
- Deliver clear, concise, and effective presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Provide supervision and guidance to development and UX teams through feature reviews, backlog refinement, and design sessions.
- Communicate risks, issues, and gaps related to current technical solutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Create basic technical flows and business process diagrams aligned with system and business requirements.
- Effectively use Project and Portfolio Management tools such as TFS, JIRA, Visio, MS Project, Clarity, and similar platforms.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, or Consumer Services industries.
- Strong understanding of digital product management and customer-centric solution design.
- Proven experience working in cross-functional Agile environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
