Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst to join the Platform Team, supporting shared services and core product capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to analyze data, define requirements, and drive product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to define and refine product requirements
• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and platform metrics
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Support roadmap planning and feature prioritization
• Create dashboards, reports, and insights for decision-making
• Work with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery
• Identify opportunities for platform optimization and scalability

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst / Business Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
