We’re looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer to lead and shape the future of Enterprise DevSecOps at LPL. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll drive developer velocity, platform reliability, security, and automation at enterprise scale.

🔧 What You’ll Do
• Act as a Tech Lead & SME for Enterprise DevSecOps Engineering
• Drive engineering solutions that elevate developer experience as a competitive advantage
• Own 24x7x365 operational excellence for mission-critical services
• Define and implement enterprise-wide CI/CD strategy & standards
• Partner with product, engineering, architecture, security, and platform teams
• Build a 3-year DevOps & technology roadmap aligned with business goals
• Drive automation, innovation, and reusability across deployment pipelines
• Establish best practices for GitOps, IaC, Kubernetes, blue/green & canary deployments
• Lead technical design, roadmap prioritization, and strategic planning
🧠 What We’re Looking For
• 12+ years of SDLC experience with 5+ years designing enterprise CI/CD solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud automation
• Experience with Kubernetes orchestration (EKS / OpenShift)
• Deep understanding of the full DevOps lifecycle (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, security)
• Hands-on experience with tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, SonarQube, Octopus Deploy, AWS services
• Solid understanding of API, platform vs application design, and modern DevOps patterns
⭐ Nice to Have
• Background in software development (.NET / Angular / Python)
• Experience building developer-friendly SCM, CI & CD platforms
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
