PL/SQL Developer

• Provide production support for critical Payor Solutions systems, ensuring stability, availability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents in a timely manner.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers, and scripts.
• Participate in on-call support rotation to handle high-priority issues outside normal business hours.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and operations.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Assist with database deployments, patches, and upgrades.
• Contribute to knowledge base documentation and root cause analysis efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Proven experience in production support environments with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to analyze logs, identify issues, and implement effective fixes.
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
• Familiarity with on-call support models and willingness to participate in rotation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions, C2H role).
