Plm Project Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead PLM implementation and upgrade projects (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA)
• Manage PLM–MES integrations (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, SAP ME)
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Quality)
• Ensure data consistency across PLM, MES, ERP & shop floor systems
• Drive risk mitigation, governance, and change management
• Support Digital Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 initiatives
🔹 Required Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
✔ 5+ years of PLM implementation project management experience
✔ Strong understanding of MES processes & manufacturing operations
✔ Experience in PLM–MES–ERP integrations
✔ PMP or Agile certification preferred
✔ Excellent stakeholder communication skills
