Performance Tester

We are looking for a Performance Tester with strong experience in LoadRunner and JMeter to perform load and performance testing for banking/FinTech applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in performance testing
• Strong experience with LoadRunner and Apache JMeter
• Good understanding of the Performance Testing Life Cycle
• Experience in load, stress, and endurance testing
• Knowledge of SQL query performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with JVM tuning
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or Datadog

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent Banking / FinTech domain experience
• Minimum 4 years of onsite experience
• Background from Tier 1 companies
• Local candidates to Columbus, OH only
