Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Performance Test Lead/Architect with 13+ years of experience in software and performance testing to lead enterprise-level performance strategy, execution, and optimization initiatives. The role involves designing scalable performance test frameworks, validating system resiliency, and ensuring production readiness across complex application landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive performance test strategies across applications and enterprise systems
Collaborate with Development, Architecture, and Project teams to ensure performance is built into solution design
Lead load testing efforts aligned with release schedules and Agile delivery
Analyze test results and conduct root cause analysis to improve system performance
Define workload models using analytics and logs
Drive risk management, issue resolution, and continuous performance improvements

Required Skills:
Strong experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, Apache JMeter, and NeoLoad
Hands-on expertise with APM tools like Datadog, New Relic, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace
Experience with cloud migration performance testing
Knowledge of distributed caching, load balancers, databases, switches, and routers
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
