Job Description
Job Requirement – PeopleSoft FSCM Expert (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
• Application Support: Provide L2/L3 support for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 & 9.2 focusing on Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing production support.
• Customization & Reporting: Design, develop, and document customizations using PeopleTools. Oversee development and testing of technical solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business users to address system-related issues. Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
• TCS Point Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day work, manage projects from planning to completion, and act as the liaison between on-site employees, contractors, clients, and TCS management.
Onsite Resource Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Support, Maintenance, and Enhancement of PeopleSoft FSCM system
• Strong business process knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts
• Expertise in PeopleTools: Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, SQR
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in Offshore-Onsite coordination and handoff
