Peoplesoft Administrator

Project Overview

This position will provide Infrastructure and PeopleSoft Administration support for current PeopleSoft applications and assist with the design, upgrade, and implementation of solutions for OGS HCM and Portal applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, document, and guide PeopleSoft infrastructure design/layout based on best practices for upgrade implementation
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft components (WebLogic, Tuxedo, ElasticSearch, Oracle DB)
• Support new PeopleSoft environments with the latest technology stack
• Provide technical direction aligned with business needs
• Collaborate with agencies and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Produce solution architecture aligned with business requirements
• Research, resolve, and test configurations
• Support legacy PeopleSoft applications
• Assist in PeopleSoft upgrade initiatives

Mandatory Qualification

• Expert-level Software Architect with 84+ months of experience providing high-level architectural guidance and technical standards for large-scale software systems

Requested Qualifications

1. 84 months of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2+ Administration (installation, configuration, tuning, patching, process scheduler, web/app domains, Unix migrations)
2. 84 months of experience with PeopleTools 8.5+ (installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, tuning)
3. 60 months of experience in PeopleTools and PeopleSoft upgrades using PUM & Change Assistant
4. 60 months of experience with WebLogic and Tuxedo (installation, HA configuration, troubleshooting)
5. 36 months of experience in SQL and Unix shell scripting (bash/korn/bourne)
6. 36 months of experience installing and configuring Phire tool
