Pega Lead

Role Overview: SLK is looking for an experienced PEGA Onshore Development Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise PEGA solutions for a banking client. The role requires strong hands-on PEGA expertise, leadership skills, and experience in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

PEGA Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end PEGA application architecture aligned with business and IT strategy
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance PEGA solutions
• Ensure compliance with banking standards and security policies

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor PEGA development teams
• Guide implementation of PEGA frameworks, workflows, and integrations
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and enforce best practices

Project Delivery

• Work with business stakeholders to convert requirements into PEGA workflows and case management solutions
• Support digital initiatives such as customer onboarding, loan processing, compliance, and risk management
• Oversee testing, deployment, and production release

Integration & Innovation

• Design integrations with core banking systems, APIs, and third-party applications
• Leverage PEGA capabilities like AI, decisioning, robotics, and low-code automation
• Propose solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Mandatory
• Strong experience with PEGA PRPC, BPM, case management, and decisioning
• Banking or financial services experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MQ, Kafka, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices
