Pega Developer

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Pega applications
• Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, guardrails, and coding standards
• Support application deployment, production issues, and ongoing enhancements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• [X]+ years of hands-on experience as a Pega Developer
• Strong experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform (v7.x, v8.x, or Infinity)
• Solid understanding of Pega Case Management and BPM concepts
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, connectors, and web services
• Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data modeling
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
