Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled PBCS Developer to design, develop, and support Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) solutions. The role focuses on

Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop PBCS applications for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
* Build and maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and data models
* Develop business rules (Groovy), calc scripts, and allocations
* Design and manage forms, dashboards, and Smart View templates
* Integrate data using Data Management / FDMEE / REST APIs
* Perform system enhancements, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
* Support UAT, production deployments, and ongoing maintenance
* Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
* Maintain documentation and follow best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong experience with Oracle PBCS / EPBCS
* Expertise in Planning business rules, Groovy scripting, and calc logic
* Hands-on experience with Data Management, Smart View, and Financial Reporting
* Knowledge of financial planning processes (Budgeting, Forecasting, CapEx, Workforce)
* Experience with integrations and data loads
* Strong SQL / Excel skills
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
