Job Title: Organizational Change Management Specialist (OCM Specialist)
Location- Mason, OH Remote

 

Position Overview

The Organizational Change Management Specialist (OCM Specialist) will, together with the OCM Lead, manage a portfolio of client engagements, working with the customer to define the target state vision post-change, document the plan to get to the target state, and enable the users to adapt to the change with minimal disruption.

At a high level, each OCM engagement might include:

  • Identification of the stakeholders impacted by the change initiative
  • An assessment of how those impacts will be felt, and by whom
  • Development of an OCM plan – education, communication, engagement needs, etc. – that will support the users through the change and facilitate adoption in the target state
  • Development of the collateral as defined by the OCM plan

The OCM Specialist plays an indispensable role in developing and implementing the OCM plan in collaboration with the OCM Lead.

As a consultant to the customer and project sponsor, the OCM Specialist will leverage their experience to support definition of a change plan that is fit-for-purpose for that customer and that project, because Atos knows that every customer is unique and we value flexibility, adaptability and innovative thinking in our approach to meeting our customer’s needs.

While customer engagements take precedence, the OCM Specialist will also provide support to elevate organizational change management competency throughout Atos.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Shared responsibility (with OCM Lead) for OCM project deliverables and deliverable quality
  • Participate in information gathering sessions to identify key stakeholders impacted by strategic change initiatives
  • Helps to establish OCM governance process in collaboration with the customer
  • Supports the creation of stakeholder and impact analysis including current and future state, benefits, risks and dependencies of all changes
  • Supports the development of robust change management plans including communication, education and engagement activities that harness multiple channels to address the needs of multiple interested parties
  • Designs and develops collateral to support change management plan deliverables such as communications, presentations, speaking points, working session designs, etc.
  • Partners with customers to facilitate the execution of training programs
  • Manages development of project deliverables from project start to customer handover and project closure
  • Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–4 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (candidates with equivalent experience will be considered)
  • Consulting, customer-facing experience preferred

 

Talents Needed for Success

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including active listening
  • Outstanding client service, stakeholder management and project management skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into key points
  • Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • AI fluency (Gemini and Copilot) a plus
  • Google Workspace migration experience a plus
