Required Experience
• 10+ years in restaurant/QSR technology (inventory, POS, menu/recipe systems).
• Hands-on expertise with Simphony Inventory and recipe costing.
• Strong BOH process knowledge (prep, receiving, counts, modifiers, waste).
• 5+ years delivering in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Experience integrating POS with ERP and financial systems.

Preferred Experience
• Multi-unit restaurant rollout experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle Retail.
• Understanding of cost accounting, COGS, yield management, and kitchen operations.
• Experience with API/middleware platforms (e.g., OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi).
