⦁ HCM Cloud Functional Expert with experience on Redwood architecture and Visual Builder

Detailed Job Description:
⦁ At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle
⦁ 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects as Functional resource
⦁ Experience on Redwood architecture and Visual Builder
⦁ Work experience in implementing and configuring Core HR, ORC, Talent and compensation management
⦁ End to end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules – Requirement Gathering, Configuring, testing, UAT and production deployment
⦁ Experience with Security, AutoComplete Rules, Approval WorkFlow , and working knowledge on HDL, Extracts and Reports
⦁ Solution Design, POC, Troubleshooting issues
