What You Bring
8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence)
8+ years of solution design, development, and documentation
Deep knowledge of US regulatory requirements and HCM business processes
Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (5+ years in functional advisory/consulting roles)
Hands-on expertise with fast formulas, OTBI, and Oracle reporting tools
Proven ability to lead project workstreams, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results independently
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills – you know how to drive decisions and keep workshops productive
 

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with a consulting / systems integrator (SI) firm
Background in public sector / transportation industry is a plus

Are you a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud consultant with a passion for public sector transformation?
We’re looking for a hands-on Implementation Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud for the State of New Jersey. This is a high-visibility hybrid role where you’ll drive best-practice process adoption, mentor business users, and deliver a full life-cycle implementation from blueprint to post-go-live support.
 

What You’ll Do
Lead full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementations – from planning, fit-gap analysis, and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document as-is/to-be processes, and deliver conference room pilots (CRP) for approval.
Configure and optimize Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management modules.
Build fast formulas, OTBI, and other reports to meet complex business and regulatory needs.
Guide testing cycles (SIT/UAT), defect management, and cutover activities.
Deliver end-user training and product familiarization sessions to ensure smooth adoption.
Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and recommending process improvements that align with North American HCM best practices and US regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with functional and technical leads to ensure seamless integration across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
