Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle GTM professional to support implementation, customization, and support of Oracle Product Lifecycle Management and Global Trade Management modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) / Cloud PLM and GTM, with expertise in trade compliance, product data management, and integration with supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and support Oracle GTM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
· Gather business requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions.
· Configure Oracle PLM modules (Product Development, Product Data Hub, Engineering) and GTM modules (Compliance, Logistics, Trade Agreements, Restricted Party Screening).
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, compliance) to ensure smooth integration.
· Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Oracle Support as needed.
· Develop and maintain system documentation, functional designs, test cases, and user training material.
· Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and product lifecycle standards.
· Work with technical teams on extensions, reports (BI Publisher/OTBI), interfaces, and data migration.
· Support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) and assist in cutover/go-live activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
· experience in Oracle PLM (Agile PLM, Oracle EBS PLM, or Cloud PLM) and Oracle GTM.
· Strong functional knowledge of Product Data Management, Engineering, Quality, Trade Compliance, Restricted Party Screening, Classification, and Trade Agreements.
· Experience with Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion).
· Good understanding of supply chain, logistics, and compliance processes.
· Ability to design functional documents and work with technical teams for development.
· Hands-on experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting tools.
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (PLM or GTM).
· Experience with other Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management).
· Familiarity with regulatory compliance (ITAR, EAR, Customs, Import/Export regulations).
· Experience in Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud PLM migration is a plus.
