Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Lead to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and provide functional and technical leadership across enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion modules and strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations from design to deployment
- Provide solution architecture and functional leadership across modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions
- Configure, customize, and optimize Oracle Fusion applications
- Lead offshore/onshore teams and conduct design reviews
- Manage integrations with third-party systems
- Support testing, data migration, and post-go-live activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Expertise in one or more modules (Financials, HCM, SCM, Procurement, etc.)
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and integrations
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion certifications
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
