Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant modules.
Location: Newark, NJ (Onsite – NJ State Client)
Rate: $85/hr C2C

Required Qualifications
Oracle Fusion Procurement, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, Product Management (Item Master), Costing modules – Required, 6+ years
Hands-on implementation & strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Product Data Management, Inventory/Costing processes – Required, 6+ years
Manage item master setup, item attributes, categories, and product structures – Required, 6+ years
Configure inventory organizations, sub-inventories, transactions, and stock controls – Required, 6+ years
Support Costing setup includes cost organizations, cost books, cost elements, and inventory valuation – Required, 6+ years
Manage contract lifecycle (authoring, approvals, amendments, compliance) – Required, 6+ years
Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live support – Required, 6+ years
Support integrations with Finance (AP/GL) and reporting (OTBI/BI) – Required, 6+ years
Oracle Applications experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud – Required, 6+ years
Strong knowledge of P2P, Inventory Management, Product Management (Item Master), and Costing – Required, 6+ years
Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Fusion implementations – Required, 6+ years
Good understanding of AME, integrations, and data migration – Required, 6+ years
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Prior experience with State/Public Sector clients.
Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant modules.
Experience with FBDI/HDL/AOL for data migration.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Procurement, Procurement Contracts, Inventory Management, Product Management (Item Master), and Costing modules. This is a hands-on implementation role with the NJ State client. The ideal candidate will have strong P2P, Product Data Management, and Inventory/Costing process knowledge, and will be responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Procurement, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, Product Management, and Costing modules.
Configure Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Blanket Agreements, and Contract terms/templates.
Manage item master setup, item attributes, categories, and product structures.
Configure inventory organizations, sub-inventories, transactions, and stock controls.
Support Costing setup including cost organizations, cost books, cost elements, and inventory valuation.
Manage the full contract lifecycle (authoring, approvals, amendments, compliance).
Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live support.
Support integrations with Finance (AP/GL) and build reports using OTBI/BI.
