Oracle Functional Business Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Business Analyst to support its Oracle EBS upgrade from 11i to R12.2. The upgrade is being executed by Oracle Corp., and this role will represent Client's internal team to ensure all customizations continue to function post-upgrade.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the Client-side functional lead during the R12.2 upgrade

· Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

· Validate all Oracle 11i customizations work “as-is” post-upgrade

· Work closely with Oracle and internal stakeholders to ensure business continuity

· Document and resolve UAT issues with technical teams

Required Skills:

· Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 upgrades

· Expertise in managing and executing UAT

· Solid understanding of Oracle 11i and R12.2 customizations

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

· Prior experience supporting upgrade projects from the client side

· Background in manufacturing or related industries is a plus

· Oracle SCM / OM and Inv Modules expertise.
