Oracle ERP Consultant – OAS Technical
Location: 100% Remote
Only W2 or 1099
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant with strong expertise in OAS Technical Consulting to join our team on a remote contract engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of ERP systems, hands-on development experience, and the ability to support, customise, and integrate OAS solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical consulting and support for ERP systems with a focus on OAS (Oracle Analytics Server / Oracle Analytics Solutions / relevant OAS stack as per project).
Design, develop, and maintain ERP integrations with OAS and other enterprise applications.
Perform technical configuration, customisation, and enhancements within ERP modules.
Develop and optimise reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using OAS tools.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, data, and performance issues.
Support data migration, ETL processes, and system upgrades.
Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and documentation.
Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
 

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of overall experience in ERP Technical Consulting.
Strong hands-on experience with OAS Technical Consulting.
Expertise in ERP development, customisation, and integrations.
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, data modelling, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of reporting and analytics frameworks within OAS.
Experience in web services, APIs, and middleware integrations.
Familiarity with cloud and on-prem ERP environments.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle ERP / Fusion / EBS environments.
Exposure to BI tools, ETL tools, and data warehousing concepts.
Prior experience working in remote global delivery models.
Relevant Oracle / ERP / Analytics certifications.
