Here are some of the things we look for in a resume that will disqualify a candidate immediately,
We will definitely screen-out any candidate that relies on APEX in their assignments. 
If they have not worked a full web based Oracle application
If they do not know what the application was being created for (the reason for the work)
Any reliance on Informatica or Cognos for ETL work, ETL should only be a small part of their work , not the bulk of their assignment.
Any use of Oracle Forms and Reports.
Candidates that have no experience with Python
Job Description
Must have Skill Set
· Minimum of 8 years and maximum of 10 years of working experience in total
· Strong PL/SQL Development Skills
· Proficient in database development utilizing partitions, dbms jobs, packages, procedures, function and Oracle user defined types
· Strong SQL and PL/SQL tuning skills
· Data analysis skills to debug, trace, and fix performance problems

· Familiarity with Oracle Exadata
· Familiarity with SingleStore/ Mysql is a big plus
· Experience with Python, exposure to DB connect libs and others like requests, json, pandas etc
· Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science
· Oil and Gas Industry experience
· Good written and oral communication skills
