Detailed Job Description
• At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle
• HCM Cloud Payroll Technical experience is MUST – minimum 2 projects
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects as technical resource
• At least 4 years of extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud – BI and OTBI reporting, HCM Extracts, Data Conversion, HDL loads
• Experience in writing Fast Formulas
• Knowledgeable in writing approval rules and configuring DFFs & EFFs
• Knowledge in Data Loading/Conversions using HCM Data loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loaders including workforce structure data, worker data, contracts data, work relationships data, salary info, etc.
• Excellent Skills on HDL, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, Fast Formulas
• Solution design, POC, Troubleshooting of issues.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Global delivery model
