competencies: oracle application development framework (adf) - 8+ years experience required.

Essential skills:

• develop and support j2ee and adf applications on weblogic, jboss, websphere or tomcat application servers.

• minimum 4–5 years hands-on experience using oracle adf 12c.

• strong experience with oracle jdeveloper, oracle soa and oracle bpel.

• proficient in oracle pl/sql, sql and related distributed technologies, frameworks and application servers.

• analyze production incidents, identify root causes and implement code fixes for enhancements and production issues using oracle adf 12c.

• meet with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• provide clear verbal and written communication and proactively report status to management.

• identify areas for process improvement and explain requirements, functionality and design frameworks to on-site and offshore team members.

• support solutions through deployment and operations, utilizing appropriate tools or developing custom solutions as required.

• demonstrate strong analytical ability and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand code changes, review business requirements and identify gaps.
